Jacqui is an internationally experienced HR specialist with over 25 years working in a number of globally renowned blue chip companies which include Coutts, NatWest Stockbrokers & Investments, M&G Investments and Prudential PLC. Jacqui has held a number of senior positions including Global Head of Talent, Head of Organisational Development and Senior Tutor positions specialising in talent management, plus a number of diverse HR disciplines. These areas include organisational development, capability & leadership assessment, board facilitation, recruitment, mentoring & coaching plus interpersonal skills training. 

Jacqui has led and managed bespoke global leadership academies and talent assessment centres across Asia, Europe & UK. She had responsibility for the design, delivery and implementation of international talent leadership conferences, which recently included a ten day event in South Korea. With her recent experience in managing the recruitment, development and management of high potential individuals employed in 8 countries working across 13 diverse businesses, this has enabled her to build a sound understanding of the Asian, European, US & UK markets.  This international experience helped her to identify and manage the local policy differences, cultures and challenges which ultimately has an impact on how HR disciplines and strategies can be implemented.

Jacqui comfortably interacts at various levels in the organisation - from board to operational levels. As a non-executive director of a creative business, Jacqui enjoys working with clients to offer advice and help companies formulate their HR & talent visions and implement their desired strategies by looking at recommendations from both a commercial and innovative perspective. Recently, Jacqui used her creative flair to design and implement a multi-media interactive HR website which was also short-listed as a finalist in the National Recruiters Awards 2010.

Having a global remit and work experience in Hong Kong, South Korea, Boston, Luxembourg, Channel Islands and the UK, Jacqui is able to travel to implement bespoke projects across the world.

Jacqui lives in Bedfordshire with her husband and daughter Grace.
